Today I went outdoors for my #cardio workout right after a strength session at the gym. 🏋️♀️☀️🌴When doing low intensity endurance exercises you will benefit the most, in regards to burning body fat, when performing them at times when your body's glycogen stores are low. You will utilize a higher percentage of body fat for energy production in this state. Normally that is right after working out or waking up in the morning.
